Challah Lab

*We are baking challah before Shabbat services! 

Preparing a fresh challah for Shabbat is a tasty and meaningful tradition - so we're offering our members and families a monthly Challah bake!  Pre-order your dough and then come to Akiba at your leisure between 4:00pm and the start of services at 6:30pm to braid a challah or just pick up your dough to take home and bake. (We will stop braiding challah at 6:30pm but challahs left in the oven will be monitored for you while you are in services)

Challah dough:  
$12 for members
$15 for non members
